Return Policy

We accept returns only for products that have manufacturing defects. The maximum period to request a return is 3 days from the date the merchandise is received. The product must be in its original packaging and may be opened, as long as it contains more than 70% of its original contents. Soy Michelero LLC will cover the shipping costs for accepted returns.

Shipping and Delivery Terms

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping zone. We do not offer international shipping, except within Mexico, where we deliver nationwide. If an order is delayed by more than 5 days beyond the estimated delivery date, customers may request a refund. It is important to note that our logistics partners may occasionally face unforeseen challenges, such as weather changes or other unexpected events beyond our control.

Payment Policy

We accept credit and debit card payments via the secure Stripe platform. Customers may cancel an order within 8 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

Order Modification Policy

Customers who wish to modify an order must notify us immediately, within a maximum of 30 minutes after the purchase. Changes are only allowed if the product is in perfect condition and unopened. If changes are requested for reasons unrelated to Soy Michelero LLC (such as choosing a different flavor or presentation), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
